In addition to the items on display in the hangar (aircraft and vehicles among other items), we have 2 heated floors of exhibits, a chapel, and many more items in our library and archives. Uniforms, dioramas, posters, and a myriad of other interesting items are on display. The photos below show a sampling of what we have to see!
The chapel is a special place in the museum. It is a place to show respect and for quiet contemplation as it is dedicated to those who lost their lives. It holds telegrams notifying families of the loss of loved ones, displays of some young airmen who lost their lives, medals, books and so on. The memorial book, They Shall Grow Not Old, is also located in the chapel. A definite place to see, remember, and show respect.
